Digital Support Assistant

Digital Support Assistant will serve as the initial point of contact for colleagues and student groups experiencing IT issues within the Students' Union. This role involves providing frontline support, troubleshooting common IT problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate system suppliers. The IT and Digital Support Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth IT experience for the Students' Union community.

Sustainability Administrator

The Sustainability Admin assists the Campaigns Coordinator by helping the team in our ongoing projects surrounding community organising, the cost of living, and supporting students and the SU on our climate justice initiatives.
