We are looking for someone to bring their organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively to this role which will support our friendly lettings office in managing the transition between tenancies. You’ll need to process all the move in documents and liaise with different stakeholders to coordinate appointments and visits to the properties.
The working hours for this role are 15 hours per week all year around. Therefore this job will suit somebody who will be living in Brighton during academic holidays or studying a course which runs through the summer.

Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Responsible to: Lettings Manager
Salary: £10.25 per hour, (made up of £9.15 basic wage plus £1.10 holiday pay.) Pay is calculated this way because our students often have other work in vacation time. They tell us they prefer an enhanced hourly amount rather than separate holiday pay.
Contract: Start date the 1st July 2019, fixed term until 31st July 2020
Hours of work: 15 hours per week year round, between 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible around fixed academic commitments, but will more than likely include some evenings and weekend work during term time and busy periods, with hours to be agreed with your line manager
